Refund policy
RETURNS
- ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE/LIMITED RELEASED ITEMS.
- NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR SIZE ACCOMMODATIONS ON ANY ORDERS PLACED.
REFUNDS
- Only damaged products are applicable for refunds.
- You must notify Ascension within 5 days of any issues of the products received.

IF damaged upon receipt, you must provide & include detailed photos
of the damaged item(s). IF you do not provide proof of damages within 5 business days, Ascension will not provide any refunds. - Damages must prove that the product is defective and not useable as intended. If unable to provide proof the product is defective or is not able to be used as intended within 5 business days, Ascension will not provide any refunds.
- Written approval is required from the Ascension team for any refund to be approved and processed.
- If approved, refunds will be the value minus the shipping & handling fees from when the order was originally placed. We will process all refunds within 7-14 business days upon written confirmation of valid damages from Ascension.
CHECKOUT/ADDRESS CHANGES
- We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed.
- Ascension is not responsible for any mistakes in addresses inputted by you (the customer).
PENDING CHARGES/REFUND NOTIFICATIONS
- IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH AN ORDER NUMBER, THERE IS NO ACTIVE CHARGE (Ascension HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY)
- IF YOU ATTEMPT MULTIPLE CHARGES, YOU WILL HAVE “PENDING CHARGES.” via YOUR BANK. THIS HOLD BY YOUR BANK TO INSURE YOU HAVE PROPER FUNDING FOR YOUR ORDER. UNLESS YOU HAVE AN #ORDER NUMBER/EMAIL CONFIRMATION THERE IS NO ACTIVE ORDER
